Booking a consultation is the first step to creating a photoshoot experience that’s personalized just for you. During this 15-minute session, we’ll go over all the details of your shoot—discussing your vision, suggesting ideal locations, and helping you choose outfits that photograph beautifully. The consultation is $40, and the best part is that this fee will be applied toward your final photoshoot cost once you book. It’s a great way to get expert guidance and make sure every detail is planned to perfection.

Booking & Payment

Please refer to our CONTACT page to book your appointment. Explain us briefly about your photoshoot and one of our members will get back to you.

In case of bad weather, we will rebook your appointment with no extra charges.

– LONE STAR STUDIOS requires a 50% retainer fee to be paid on the date of booking and the remaining amount is due on the day of the session.
– The retainer fee is included in the total session price. It is not in addition to the session price.
– The photo session must be booked within 24h after a contract and invoice has been sent. After the 24h period the session dates are no longer held and are passed on to the next person.
– Additional digital images may be purchased after the session
– All images are delivered through a private online gallery to select your favorites.
– Pricing and packages are non-negotiable and subject to change due to availability and demand.
– All Products and services are a subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax.

Each spot is handpicked to offer stunning backdrops that bring your photos to life.

Indoor Studio

Booking an indoor studio photoshoot is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a controlled environment with professional lighting and backdrops tailored to your style. Whether you’re planning a portrait session, branding shoot, or family photos, the studio offers comfort, privacy, and the flexibility to create a wide range of looks. Once you book your session, we’ll coordinate all the details to ensure everything—from lighting setups to backdrop choices—aligns with your vision. All Photo sessions:

We know how exciting it is to see your finished photos, which is why we’re committed to delivering your final edited images within two weeks of your photoshoot. Each photo is carefully selected and professionally retouched to ensure the highest quality, so you receive a polished, beautiful gallery that captures your story perfectly. Once your images are ready, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos with ease. We believe in fast turnaround times without compromising on quality.

Weddings:

We understand how eager you are to relive the magic of your wedding day, which is why we provide a special “next-day sneak peek” with a selection of highlight photos delivered within 24 hours. These quick picks are perfect for sharing with family and friends or posting on social media while the full story of your day is being carefully crafted. Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered within up to 3 months, allowing us the time to thoughtfully edit and curate every image with the care and detail your memories deserve. This way, you get both instant joy and lasting quality.

6. Do you offer indoor studio sessions as well as outdoor shoots?

Yes, we offer both! Studio sessions are great for controlled lighting and a clean, professional look, while outdoor shoots provide natural light and scenic backgrounds. You can choose what works best for you.

7. When will I receive my photos?

For regular sessions, edited photos are delivered within 2 weeks. For weddings and large events, full galleries are delivered within 3 months, with a sneak peek available the next day.

9. Can I bring someone with me to the session?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a friend, family member, or partner for support or to be included in a few shots. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

10. What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor shoot?

If the weather isn’t cooperating, we can reschedule your session or move it to an indoor location, depending on availability. We’ll always keep in touch leading up to the shoot to make the best decision together.

Each portrait collection includes our session time together, professionally edited images, high-resolution digital downloads, and personal printing rights. 16. What’s included in your portrait sessions?

Your portrait experience goes beyond just taking photos. We’ll start with a consultation to plan your session in detail. During our time together, we’ll create images that truly represent you. You’ll have time for outfit changes, and I’ll guide you through every step. After your session, I’ll carefully edit your best images and deliver them in an online gallery. You’ll also have access to my client lounge and styling guide, plus recommendations for trusted hair and makeup artists if desired.

Rules & Regulations:

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow our studio’s rules and regulations. These include respecting scheduled appointment times, providing at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, and understanding that deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with proper notice. For outdoor and on-location shoots, clients are responsible for any necessary permits or location fees. We also ask that you arrive on time and come prepared based on our consultation. These guidelines help us maintain a respectful, organized, and creative environment where every client receives the best possible service.
